老年急诊留观患者的优化抢救护理流程探讨
Effect of optimized rescue nursing for elderly patients in ward observation of emergency department room

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing process optimization in treatment of elderly patients of ward observation room in emergency department.Methods A total of 142 elderly patients in ward observation room in emergency department from May to September in 2016 were selected as the observation group,given optimized nursing.And a total of 135 elderly patients in ward observation room of emergency department from January to April 2016 were selected as the control group,given routine nursing process.The rescue time,rescue effect and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The rescue time and emergency room residence time were shorter in the observation group than that in the control group,the hospital discharge rate was higher than that in the control group,and the mortality rate in ICU was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The nursing satisfaction in emergency rescue efficiency,rescue technology,communication coordination and service consciousness in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The nurse-patient disputes rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant (P ＞ O.05).Conclusion Optimized nursing process for elderly patients in ward observation room of emergency department is helpful to improve the rescue effect and improve the nursing satisfaction.关键词
