摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore nursing methods and effect of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis complicated with respiratory failure.Methods A total of 68 patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis complicated with respiratory failure were included in the study,and multiple nursing interventions were performed for these patients according to their conditions,and the clinical effect was to observed.Results After comprehensive nursing and health education,no nursing complications occurred during hospitalization.There were 46 improved cases,and 2 cases quitting treatment,and one died case.Conclusion Strengthened nursing during hospitalization in patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis complicated with respiratory failure can enhance the confidence of overcoming disease,improve therapeutic effect,and relieve clinical symptoms.关键词
