国外矿业权出让制度经验及比较研究
Comparative Study on the Experience of Mining Rights Transfer in Abroad
摘要
Abstract
The transfer of mining rights is in the course of reforming in china. By learning from for-eign experience, it can provide reference for improving China's mining rights transfer system. Through literature induction and comparison methods,six countries including Canada and Australia are selected for combing and comparative research. Focusing on the four aspects of the mining right transfer method,approval authority,supervision method and taxation management,this paper ana-lyzes the main foreign practices and compares it with domestic mining right transfer system to gain enlightenment for China.关键词
