我国矿业权注销存在的问题及建议
Problems and Suggestions of Minging Rights Cancellation in China
摘要
Abstract
With the continuous accumulation of the expired and policy -based withdrawal mining rights,a large number of mining rights have to be disposed. However,existing policies only stipulate the procedures for the cancellation of applications. This paper sorts out the difficulties related to the cancellation of mining rights and related issues to further understand the laws and regulations put for-ward by the reform. Finally,some relevant suggestions are proposed for mining rights cancellation.关键词
