利用磷尾矿催化合成碳酸丙烯酯
Recovery of Phosphate Tailing for Catalytic Synthesis of Propylene Carbonate
摘要
Abstract
The catalyst for the synthesis of propylene carbonate was prepared by calcination method using phosphate tailings as the raw material. The methods of TGA, XRD and BET were employed for the characterization of the catalyst. It was found that the phosphate tailings were changed into the alkaline catalyst consisting of Ca(OH)2, MgO and Ca10(PO4)6F2after calcination, of which the activity was higher than that of the untreated phosphate tailings. Under the conditions of the ex-treme low catalyst dosage(0.034%,based on the mass of raw materials),the reaction temperature of 170℃,the reaction time of 2 h and the molar ratio of 1,2- propylene glycol to urea equaling to 4, the highest yield and selectivity of propylene carbonate were 81.8% and 95.6%,respectively. The activity of the catalyst decreased first and tended to be stable after being used for many times.关键词
