摘要

Abstract

The study aims at separating ilmenite from the iron tailings of a vandium-titanium magnetite ore in Panxi areaamong,which the content of TiO2 was 8.61%,and the main metallic minerals are ilmenite,pyrrhotite and pyrite.The main gangue minerals are augite,olivine,hornblende and chlorite.According to the properties of iron tailings,with the complex ore composition and high olivine content,the proper process for separation ilmenite is the high-intensity magnetic separation-flotation flowsheet,and the grade of TiO2 was increased from 8.61% to 15.96% and the operation recovery rate is 77.93%.Good test index has obtained by flotation,by using self-made regulator EMZT-01,sulfuric acid and oxalic acid,and using collector EMZB-01 with kerosene as an auxiliary collector.The ilmenite concentrate with the TiO2 grade of 47.78% and the flotation operation recovery of 61.25%,has obtained,and to the iron tailings TiO2 recovery achieves 47.73%by adepting the process of one-roughing,onescavenging and four cleaning in the small-scale test.
