Abstract
The main composition of sinter production of Ma'anshan iron and steel Limited by Share Ltd (TFe:56.7;FeO:8.5%;CaO:9.8%;MgO:2.4;SiO2:4.7%;A12O3:3.0%) was adopted as the basis for the proportion,among which the Al2O3 content was fixed at 3%and the content of CaF2 gradually increased to 3%.With good raw materials in a mortar mixing,the samples were prepared in a compression molding machine,and then the sample is placed into the alumina crucible heating,samples cooked for grinding,polishing.Finally,the samples were analyzed by the microscope,XRD,SEM and EDS,and the equilibrium phase composition of sinter with different CaF2 content was obtained.Then the effect of CaF2 on the phase composition and metallurgical properties of the sinter was analyzed.The results show that the high alumina sinter ore is mainly magnetite,aluminum silicate solid solution composite calcium ferrite,Hematite containing magnesium and dicalcium Silicate.With the increase of CaF2 content,F is into the cuspidine phase and leads to the obvious increase,aluminum solid solution composite calcium ferrite,dicalcium Silicate was significantly reduced,magnetite content was increased.In the actual sinter,by adding the amount of CaF2 must be appropriate and a small amount of CaF2 enhancing the strength,the melting temperature of sinter was reduced,the soft melting performance of high alumina sinter was improved,and sinter reduction performance was slightly weakened.关键词
