摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the function of the ZnO-AlBw on virulence genes of Streptococcus mutans.Meth-ods:The relative expression of gtfB、gtfC and gtfD of Streptococcus mutans were affected by ZnO-AlBw which was fabricated via sol-gel method. The results were analyzed by SEM,XRD,LSCM and RT-PCR. Results:The structure of AlBw was changed by ZnO nanoparticles.The Streptococcus mutans cell membrane were destroyed by ZnO-AlBw.The gtfBC genes were down-regulated,and gtfD gene was up-regulated.Conclusion:ZnO-AlBw composites had antibacterial properties.The rela-tive expression of gtfBCD of Streptococcus mutans were influenced by ZnO-AlBw.关键词
