摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyse the clinical effect of local massage of temporomandibular joint com-bined with intraoral reduction for the treatment of temporomandibular joint dislocation.Method:Forty patients with dislocation of temporomandibular joint that 32 cases of bilateral dislocation and 8 cases of unilateral dislocation,were treated with local massage combined with intraoral reduction for temporomandibular joint dislocation.The clinical effect of them were analyzed. Results:Forty cases were successfully repositioned and 37 cases were successfully treated with one time reduction.The time of reduction was 1~2 minutes,and the success rate of primary reduction was 92.5%.Conclusion:Local massage of tem-poromandibular joint combined with intraoral reduction can help to rapid and successful reduction of tempormandibular joint dislocation.关键词
