RhD变异型患者产生类同种抗-D抗体一例分析
Analysis of Analogous Autoanti-D Autoantibody in One RhD Variant Patient

Abstract
Objective To analyze the serological characteristic and causes of analogous isoanti-D autoantibody in one patient with RhD variant.Methods Clinical data of one patient with RhD variant was retrospectively analyzed in our hospital.Results The patient with a history of decompensated liver cirrhosis for more than 8 years was rehospitalized because of hemafecia,nausea and aggravation of the condition for 3 d.Repeated attacks and anemia led to blood transfusion,in which RhD positive blood type was altered to RhD positive variant accompanied with the analogous isoanti-D autoantibody in serum.RhD negative blood ccdee was selected for cross matching,followed by 2U RBC transfusion without adverse reactions.Conclusion It was extremely rare for patients with RhD variant to produce analogous isoanti-D autoantibody in serum.We consider it safe to choose the washed RBC without analogous autoantibody for transfusion.关键词
