Abstract
With the increasing number of open-pit stripping transport equipment types, affected by the equipment model miscellaneous, spare parts procurement cycle long, a wide range of accessories, maintenance personnel high labor costs, the equipment maintenance outsourcing has became a recipe. The article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of "overhauling outsourcing " measures in Open-pit stripping and transporting equipment, and presents some suggestions of improving "outsourcing maintenance unit" on-site management.关键词
