人造板及其制品中甲醛释放量的定量方法探讨
Discussion on Quantitative Analysis of Formaldehyde Emissions from Wood-based Panel Products

Abstract
Both acetylacetone method and 3-methyl-2-benzothiazone hydrochloride (MBTH) method were used to quantitatively analyze formaldehyde emissions from wood-based panel products. The results showed that with 120 L of sampling volume, method detection limit (MDL) of acetylacetone was 0.007 mg/m3, which was relatively high for detecting low level (≤0.04 mg/m3) formaldehyde emissions. The results also showed that MDL of MBTH method was 0.0008 mg/m3with fast and sensitive reactions, which was suitable for detecting low level (<0.124 mg/m3) formaldehyde emissions according to GB 18580-2017.关键词
