"前理解"视域下危机事件舆情危机产生根源探析
Analysis of causes of public opinion crisis from perspective of "pre-understanding"
摘要
Abstract
Analyzing from the concept of"pre-understanding"in Hermeneutics,we find that the public opinion cri-sis resulting from the crisis events lies in the fact that the government,media and the public are contradictory from one another concerning the"pre-understanding"of the relevant events.We analyze in the paper the three parties'"pre-understanding"difference and its relevance with the public opinion crisis,pointing out that we can solve the"pre-understanding"confrontation or difference to prevent,reduce or dispel the public opinion crisis of the crisis e-vent.Only after the three party's"pre-understanding"is consistent with one another,can we deal with the public o-pinion crisis of the crisis event effectively.关键词
