PMMA树脂降速剂对K树脂基可燃药筒结构和燃烧性能的影响
Effect of PMMA resin deceleration agent on structure and combustion performance of K resin based combustible cartridge case
摘要
Abstract
In order to tailor the combustion performance of K-resin based combustible cartridge cases,two 125 mm-bored combustible cartridge cases with the added poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA)resin are prepared by the pulp molding method. The pore structure,the thermodynamic properties,the mechanical characteristic and the combustion performance are studied by the mercury porosimetry,the heat meter,the organic element analyzer,the mechanical tests and the closed-bomb tests respectively. Results show that the incorporation of PMMA in combustible cartridge cases can improve the mechanical strength,the true density and the force capacity and reduce the combustion velocity coefficient and the residue after combustion. Meanwhile,the pore volume,the total pore area and the porosity of the obtained cases are also reduced by adding the PMMA,and it is benefical for tailoring the combustible surface and the gas permeation rate of the combustible cartridge cases.关键词
