基于Ansys Workbench的振动给料机偏心轴的模态分析

Abstract
To study the influence of vibration characteristics of eccentric shaft of vibrating feeder and its natural frequency on motor control, three-dimensional model is established based on some original parameters with the eccentric shaft of ZWS380x96 vibrating feeder as the research object. The established model is imported into finite element analysis software Workbench for vibration modal analysis, obtaining the first six natural frequencies and vibration modes of the eccentric shaft. Analysis of the natural frequency of each order results in the reasonable working frequency of three-phase asynchronous motor, avoiding the frequency resonance region between the eccentric shaft and motor, which is helpful to prolong the service life of the motor and improve the screening effect of the vibrating feeder.关键词
