摘要

Abstract

A tripping fault tree model is established for air switch of crane trolley to analyze tripping fault. Investigation has found that tripping results from inter-phase short circuit of motor with contactors turned on at the same time. To eliminate safety hazards in control equipment of the trolley and pole-changing control mode, the paper proposes corresponding measures for hardware protection and software design improvement so as to ensure safer and more reliable crane.
