行星齿轮传动系统固有特性与动态响应分析

Abstract
Bending-torsion coupling dynamics model of planetary gear transmission is established and it is assumed that each component of system has three degrees of freedom. Differential equation of motion is formulated through analyzing relative displacement relationship among the components, and natural frequency and corresponding vibration type of the system are obtained through calculating characteristic values. According to the analysis of vibration type coordinate, there are three vibration modes, i.e., lateral vibration of center gear, torsional vibration of center gear and vibration of planetary gear. Newmark integral method is used to solve the bending-torsion coupling dynamics model of planetary gear transmission, obtaining the response of dynamic meshing force. In addition, the influence of load variation on the dynamic response is taken into account.关键词
