Study on Microwave Dielectric Properties of SrTiO3/Mg6Ti5O16 Composite Ceramics

Abstract
xSrTiO3-(1-x)Mg6Ti5O16microwave dielectric ceramics were prepared by traditional solid-state method,the crystal structure,microstructure and microwave dielectric properties were studied.The main crystal phase of xSrTiO3-(1-x)Mg6Ti5O16ceramics is SrTiO3,accompanied by a small number of addition phases MgTiO 3and Mg6Ti5O16.Dense microstructures were seen and grain size were not uniform in compound ceramics for all contents.Increasing SrTiO3contents reasonably can increase the dielectric constant and the quality factor, and the temperature coefficient of resonant frequency values evolve to positive.The excellent microwave dielectric properties with εr=17, Q ×f =42729 GHz and τf=5 ppm/℃were obtained for the ceramics 3.8%SrTiO3-96.2%Mg6Ti5O16sintered at 1420 ℃.关键词
