摘要

Abstract

The wheat variety 'Alondra' was used as a test material, its isolated spikes, isolated microspores and florets were pretreated via heat shock,low temperature,hormone,etc.,and the effects of those pretreatments on the callus yield were compared under in vitro culture of wheat microspores. The results showed that the callus yield of wheat microspores was significantly increased through 3-day low-temperature pretreatment of the florets at 5 ℃ and 2-day heat-shock treatment of the microspores at 33℃, and the green regenerative plantlets were finally formed through the calli differentiating.
