改良型Ahmed减压阀植入术联合白内障超声乳化术治疗难治性青光眼的临床研究
Improved Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation with phacoemulsification in treatment of refractory glaucoma patients

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of improved Ahmed glaucoma valve(AGV)implantation with phacoemulsification in treatment of refractory glaucoma patients. Methods Clinical data of 14 patients(16 eyes)with refractory glaucoma, who underwent improved AGV implantation with(AGV+phaco group, n= 8)or without phacoemulsification (AGV group, n=8)were retrospectively analyzed. Treatment outcomes were followed up at 1, 3, 6 and 12 months after surgery, and compared between two groups. Results The intraocular pressure(IOP)and the incidence of postoperative complications were significantly decreased after operation in both groups. The numbers of anti-glaucoma medication were significantly reduced after operation in both groups, while the number of medication in AGV+phaco group was lower than that in AGV group. Conclusion The improved AGV implantation with phacoemulsification has a stable IOP-lowering effect and fewer complications, and can be considered as the choice for management of refractory glaucoma.关键词
