碳酸锂应用于131I治疗Graves病的研究进展
Research progress on application of lithium carbonate in radioiodine treatment of Graves' disease
摘要
Abstract
A short-term, low-dose addition of lithium carbonate to 131I have been demonstrated effective in enhancing the cure rate of Graves' disease. However, there has been no consensus in the timing,dosage,efficacy and adverse effects of lithium therapy. This article summarizes the application of lithium carbonate in the radioiodine treatment of Graves' disease, including the adjustment of 131I dose,impact on thyroid hormones and thyroid volume, the safety of therapy, the thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy and hypothyroidism. Hope the information would be useful for the application of lithium therapy to improve radioiodine treatment of Graves' disease.关键词
