Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of arthroscopic technique in the treatment of traumatic ankle arthritis in clinical.Methods From Aug 2011 to Jan 2017,32 cases (32 ankle) of traumatic arthritis of ankle joint were treated by arthroscopy.The time from the injury to the operation was 13 ～ 31 months,with an average (22.3 ± 8.4) months,at the same time,the secondary lesions of ankle joint were detected by arthroscopy.The AOFAS ankle scale was evaluated before and after the operation,Meislin standard was used to evaluate the effect.The patient's subjective perception,VAS pain score,and ankle mobility were assessed.Results 32 patients were followed up,the mean follow-up time was 7.3 months (3 ～ 21 months),all surgical patients had no infection,foot stiffness and other complications,postoperative AOFAS ankle score significantly increased compared with the preoperative,the preoperative score (46.40 ± 4.61) improved to postoperative (87.22 ± 4.22) points,the VAS visual pain score was improved from 7.25 ± 2.30 preoperatively to 2.05 ± 1.35 postoperatively,using the Meislin standard to evaluate the curative effect,reduce postoperative ankle pain,ankle joint autonomic activities significantly improved,the excellent rate was 92.18％.Conclusion Arthroscopic minimally invasive technique for the treatment of traumatic ankle arthritis has a good effect.关键词
