骨质疏松患者锁骨远端骨折应用锁骨远端微孔锁定钢板与钩钢板治疗的疗效分析
Clinical analysis of distal clavicular locking plate and hook plate in the treatment of clavicle distal fracture in patients with osteoporosis

Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effect of clavicular distal microporous locking plate and hook plate internal fixation in the treatment of clavicle distal fracture in patients with osteoporosis.Methods 38 cases of osteoporotic patients with distal clavicular fractures were fixed in our hospital from Jan 2013 to Dec 2016.The curative effect of the two groups was analyzed by the Canadian University shoulder score,the American shoulder and elbow surgery score,the Constant-Murley shoulder function score.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after operation general data (P＞0.05).Before the internal fixation,3 months and 6 months after the operation,the scores of shoulder joint in the two groups were analyzed.The University of California shoulder scores,the American shoulder surgery scores and Constant-Murley shoulder function scores found that the distal clavicular locking plate and hook plate both can get good clinical results in treating the osteoporotic distal clavicle fracture patients.The shoulder function of the patients was significantly improved (P＜0.05).However,in the surgical treatment,the function of shoulder joint in the clavicular locking plate group was better than that in the clavicular hook plate group at 3 months after operation (P＜0.05).At 6 months after operation,no significant difference of the shoulder joint function scores between two groups.Conclusion For osteoporotic patients with clavicular distal fractures,clavicular locking plate and clavicular hook plate can effectively reconstruct the stability of fracture site in patients with osteoporosis,the use of clavicular distal mieroplate locking plate treating patients can get faster postoperative recovery.关键词
