How to Put Mathematics Curriculum Standards into Practice——A Critical Review of "Principles to Actions: Ensuring Mathematical Success for All"
摘要
Abstract
In order to effectively implement the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics, NCTM released a document entitled Principled to Actions—Ensuring Mathematical Success for All. This article provided a brief overview of the document's origins, describes its six guiding principles for school mathematics (teaching and learning, access and equity, curriculum, tools and technology, assessment, and professionalism), and illustrated the eight mathematics teaching practices of the "teaching and learning" principle using concrete teaching cases. Important implications for implementing the mathematics curriculum standards of China were discussed based on a careful analysis of the outstanding features of this document.关键词
