UPLC-MS分析柴胡、白芍水煎液的化学成分及其对逍遥散的贡献
Analysis on chemical constituents in Bupleuri Radix and Paeoniae Radix Alba by UPLC-MS and their contribution to Xiaoyao powder

Abstract
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents in extract of Bupleuri Radix and Paeoniae Radix Alba using UPLC-MS and confirm their contributions to Xiaoyaosan.Methods These compounds were analyzed with a Waters Acquity UPLC HSS T3 column (2.1 mmx 100 mm,1.8 μm) by gradient elution of acetonitrile(A) and 0.1% H2O-formic acid(B).The flow rate was 0.3 ml/min,and the sample volume was 1 μl.The mass spectrometry information and the related literature were used to analyze the main chemical constituents of Bupleuri Radix and Paeoniae Radix Alba.Results Eighty-six chemical constituents were found in Xiaoyao powder decoction by UPLC-MS.Among them,44 were identified,of which,13 were from Bupleuri Radix and 31were from Paeoniae Radix A1ba.Conclusion UPLC-MS could quickly,accurately and comprehensively analyze the chemical constituents of Xiaoyao powder,Bupleuri Radix and Paeoniae Radix Alba,which could provide a scientific evidence for the development of new drugs and the therapeutic material basis.关键词
