外周血嗜酸性粒细胞水平对AECOPD患者预后的评估价值
Value of eosinophil as a serum marker to assess the prognosis of AECOPD
摘要
Abstract
objective:To discuss the value of eosinophil as a serum marker to assess the prognosis of AECO-PD.Methods:A retrospective observational cohort study was carried out in our department about the AECOPD pa-tients from January 2015 to June 2016.The related information was registered its forblood routine,blood gas,Hs-CRP,duration of hospital stay,cost,re-hospital rate and survival situation.They were divided into two groups ac-cording to peripheral blood eosinophil level:the group 1 with eosinophil percentage >2% and the group 2 with non-eosinophil percentage≤2%.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in age,sex,smoking history, complications between two groups of patients,compared with the group 2,Hs-CRP and neutrophils level decreased obviously(P<0.05),and the length of the hospital stay of patients in group 2 was significant longer than that of the patients in group 1(P<0.05),the re-hospital rate and survival situation in group 1 was lower than group 2(P<0. 05).Conclusion:AECOPD patients with a high level of peripheral blood eosinophil have lower Hs-CRP,neutrophils level,shorter hospital stay,low ospitalization rate and mortality,which suggests that the peripheral blood eosinophil levels can be used as an important biological indicator for evaluating the disease prognosis of AECOPD.关键词
