伢典化学机械去龋系统与牙钻在儿童龋齿治疗中效果对比研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:Efficacy analysis of caries between the third generation carisolv and conventional bur in young permanent teeth.Methods:By means of self-control,50 patients with young permanent decayed teeth,total 110 teeth,were divided in experiment group and control group,Right Caries removal by using 3rd generation carisolv,re-bate with calcium hydroxide and 3MZ350 composite resin filling in experiment group.left caries removal by conven-tional bur rebate with calcium hydroxide and 3MZ350 composite resin filling in control group Immediate question-naire postoperative about feeling of two treatment.Results:The pain rate of experiment group and control group was 10% and 78% separately.There was statistically significance(P<0.01),Filling success rate after one year reexami-nation showed experiment group and control group was 95% and 80% separately,which has statically significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The third generation carisolv was gentle and simple in young permanent Teeth,s,scaries re-moval one.Success rate is obviously higher than conventional one.关键词
