摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of percutaneous radial artery puncture interventional thera-py combined with oral metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure,and ana-lyze the effect on heart function.Methods:92 cases were selected as the subjects of this study.All the patients were divided into control group and study group according to random number method,46 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with metoprolol,the patients in the study group were treated with percutaneous ra-dial artery puncture intervention on the basis of the control group.The changes of cardiac function,changes of in-flammatory cytokines,curative effect and adverse cardiac events before and after treatment were observed and com-pared between two groups.Results:After the treatment,LVEF levels in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group(P< 0.05);the LVESD levels in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Before the treatment,there was no significant difference in serum inflammatory cyto-kines(TNF-α,CRP)between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of TNF-α and CRP after treatment in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The to-tal effective rate of the study group was 97.8%(45/46),which was higher than that of the control group(82.6%, 38/46)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiac events in the study group was 2.2%(1/46)lower than that in the control group(17.4%,8/46),with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Coronary heart disease compli-cated with heart failure given percutaneous radial artery puncture with metoprolol oral treatment of the exact effect can be effective in reducing serum inflammatory response and improve cardiac function and reduce the risk of adverse cardiac events in patients with prognosis,is worthy of clinical positive application and Promotion.关键词
