丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液联用地高辛治疗老年人心衰临床疗效研究
A clinical analysis of tanshinone ⅡA injections mixed with digoxin in treatment of elderly with heart failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyse the clinical value of tanshinone Ⅱ A injections mixed with digoxin in treat-ment of elderly with heart failure.Methods:195 elderly heart failure patients were randomly divided into two groups. Experimental group were given tanshinone ⅡA injections mixed with digoxin and the control group were given equal volume of digoxin.The heart and kidney function were compared between different stage.To investage the digoxin concentration of the two groups.Results:There were 98 cases in experimental group and 97 cases in control group, and no significant difference was found between genders,age,cardiac function.Difference of uric acid,blood urea ni-trogen(BUN)and creatinine were significant between the experimental group and the control group.Patients in ex-perimental group achieve a higher efficacy on cardiac and renal function,and have no significant affection on the con-centration of digoxin.Conclusion:Tanshinone ⅡA injections mixed with digoxin is a better choice for elderly heart failure patients,it is of great importance to ensure clinical efficacy and reduce risk of toxic reaction.关键词
