摘要

Abstract

The large range intelligent steel strand with FBG sensor prepressing embedded in groove solves the key difficult problem of insufficient FBG sensor monitoring range. In order to ensure the measuring precision of FBG Intelligent steel strand, the main sensing performance indexes of FBG sensor are analyzed and tested by theoretical analysis and experimental calibration. And the differences in theoretical and experimental sensitivity of FBG sensor are analyzed. The test results show that the sensing performance of FBG sensor satisfies the engineering requirements,the test strain sensitivity Kεis not less than 1.17 pm/με,the hysteresis is ≤1.5%,the linearity is≤1%,the repeatability error is≤2.5%and the total accuracy is ≤3%.
