摘要

Abstract

Through the investigation and analysis of the current lighting system of Shiziyang Tunnel on Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hongkong dedicated passenger line and according to the local conditions of high humidity,high salt and highly corrosion in the tunnel,this paper puts forward anti-corrosion measures for tunnel lighting system: (1) the distribution box (cabinet) shell adopts the strong corrosion resistance-316L stainless steel coated with ship paint;(2) a layer of aluminum oxide film is added on the surface of the lighting lamp to extend its service life; (3) a layer of lead sheath is provided on the electric power cable to improve its damp proof and corrosion resistance; (4) the box (cabinet) adopts double layer structure, the lighting lamp employs separate light room and drive circuit chamber to improve the anti-corrosion structural design; (5)the lighting power supply and control system reduce the control switches and power supply equipments so as to reduce the number of equipments and routine maintenance workload and to achieve good maintenance management
