Abstract
As the electromagnetic environment along the railway is becoming more and more complicated, the wireless field coverage map has become a necessary part of the materials in the network data application submitted to Beijing Railway Communication Technology Center. However, the current wireless network planning software fails to provide direct support to the simulation of Global System for Mobile Communications-Railway(GSM-R),making it difficult to produce a wireless field coverage map. Based on the theoretical characteristics of GSM-R system, such key issues in Atoll are discussed as three-dimensional electronic map model import, GSM-R network parameter configuration, base station simulation parameters configuration and simulation processing of special section wireless,and a simulation method with GSM-R field coverage map is proposed. Eventually, with the simulation results from one domestic high-speed railway line for passenger traffic,the rationality of the proposed method is explained, and the theoretical feasibility of the design scheme is verified.关键词
