松针状碳纳米管/碳纤维复合碳材料的制备及其在锂硫电池中的应用

Abstract
Carbon nanotubes (CNTs)were grown by chemical vapor deposition on carbon pa-per/carbon fiber pretreated by catalyst precursor.The characterization results show that the pre-pared carbon nanotubes were multi-walled carbon nanotubes,the microstructure was pine needle carbon nanotubes/carbon fiber (CNTs/CF),which had structures of multi-walled,highly-dis-tributed,diameter-uniformed nanotubes possessing high surface area and graphitization giving a good performance.The cathode consisting of the S/CNTs/CF composites was utilized for button cells.The results show that the initial discharge specific capacity of an elemental sulfur positive electrode with S/CNTs/CF was 1 2 1 3.6 mAh/g and the utilization of electrochemically active sul-fur was 72.45%.The specific capacity remained as high as 798.4 mAh/g after 55 cycles.Com-pared with activated carbon cells,S/CNTs/CF cells were improved significantly in electrochemical performance,showing that the S/CNTs/CF composites can improve the cycle stability effectively.关键词
