摘要

Abstract

In view of uneven surface,pinhole and defective crystallization of perovskite ab-sorption layer by spin-coating in fabrication of perovskite solar cells (PSCs),a method combining solvent-annealing and direct contact and intercalation process (DCIP)was applied to prepare per-ovskite absorption layer with uniform crystallization and large crystal grains.The results indicate that the average particle size of perovskite increases from about 300 nm to over 1 200 nm when the addition amount of DMSO is 1 5 μL,and the PCE of the corresponding cell is also increased from 11% to 14.33%.This method provides a promising direction of promoting the performance of PSCs and fabricating large area PSCs.
