地铁施工班组安全氛围对人因风险传播的SEM研究
SEM Study on the Spread of Human Factors Risk of the Subway Construction Due to Group Security Atmosphere
摘要
Abstract
In order to study the effect of group security atmosphere on the spread of human factors risk during the subway construction,this paper recognized group security atmosphere as five dimensions (superior supervision, security performance,interpersonal relationship, workmate behavior, work environment) based on related literature and the process of the spread of human factors risk. Then the questionnaire survey method was adopted to investigate 787 workers(293 opinion leaders and 494 ordinary workers) of some constructions site in Xian and Chongqing,and SPSS23.0 was used to analyze the reliability and efficiency of the data. Then set the psychological state of personnel as intermediary variable to establish SEM for opinion leaders' data(model 1) and ordinary workers' data(model 2), next,used AMOS23.0 to obtain the fitting degree index and path coefficient of SEM. The result shows that workmate behavior and superior supervision have more significant impact on the spread of human factors risk of opinion leaders;superior supervision,security performance and interpersonal relationship have more significant impact on the spread of human factors risk of ordinary workers; work environment have no significant impact on the spread of human factors risk of works;the intermediary role of the psychological state of personnel for ordinary workers is greater than for opinion leaders.关键词
