Abstract
In terms of the security risk of blast attack faced by mega infrastructure, a systematic security risk assessment framework was proposed. Classification and rating criteria were established for threat assessment, vulnerability assessment and impact/consequence assessment included in the proposed risk assessment procedure. Based on the assessment results,risk assessment was carried out for the target structure. The proposed risk assessment methodology refines the risk rating criteria by improving the existing one,and provides qualitative-while-quantitative analysis for threats in manners of numerical value and color code, which facilitates the analysis and application in real engineering practices. Its effectiveness and reliability were validated through a pratical case of a mega infrastructure facility, and hence it is viable to provide evidences for further risk management and investment decision-making.关键词
