Result Differences in Hazard Cognition Among Workers of Different Ages
为掌握不同工龄建筑工人危险认知的差异状况,基于认知心理学,先通过行为调查了解工人危险认知的过程,再运用心理测量范式探测工人危险认知结果,最后使用对比分析法分析不同工龄工人的危险认知结果差异.结果表明:(1)危险认知结果主要依赖危险特征对工人的刺激程度和工人对该刺激的敏感程度,工人随工作经验增多可能会出现危险敏感性下降现象;(2)当工人具有较多的安全知识和经验时,危险敏感性随之提高,认知过程中危险敏感程度呈U形变化;(3)工龄较短、较长工人分别基于…查看全部>>
