Dip constrained non-linear tomography inversion technology for velocity modeling
摘要
Abstract
The shallow velocity anomaly makes structure imaging in the depth domain distorted,the shaping of the abnor-mal body is very time-consuming,and it is necessary for the processing people to master certain geological knowledge.Be-cause the limited range of effective offsets in the shallow layer is used to estimate the residual move out(RMO),which makes it difficult to characterize the velocity model accurately.Dip constrained non-linear tomography inversion provides a very ef-fective means,it introduces an additional term in the cost function involving the dip of locally coherent events,the velocity is then updated to match the expected dip of the re-migrated events,so as to achieve the purpose of precise velocity modeling. The experimental results show that dip constrained non-linear tomography inversion technique can solve the problem of small-scale velocity variations,correcting for event pull-down effects because of the abnormal body,resulting in improved deep depth imaging.关键词
