The application of curvature attributes to in-situ stress seismic Prediction
摘要
Abstract
Fractures play an important role in the development and exploration of shale reservoirs,and there are many res-ervoir parameters related to fractures.The fracture density and its distribution can be predicted via these reservoir parameters associated with fractures.This paper mainly introduces the in-situ stress seismic prediction method,which can use the curva-ture attribute to estimate the stress.According to the scaling volume curvature measurements,we selected a fractured shale reservoir for practical application with this method.The results of the actual data application demonstrate that the in-situ stress prediction method using curvature attributes can evaluate the area where are prone to fracture and guide the development of hydraulic fracturing in shale reservoir.关键词
