孤立波在一维阻尼颗粒链中的传播
Solitary waves propagating in a one-dimensional dam ping granular chain
摘要
Abstract
This paper numerically investigate the solitary waves propagating in a one-dimensional granular chain when the damping effect is taken into account.It is found that there exists decaying solitary waves, in which the amplitude of the wave decreases exponentially with increasing of time.Meanwhile,the velocity of the solitary wave also slows down as time goes.And as the damping force increases,the solitary wave decays faster and faster.关键词
