摘要

Abstract

In allusion to the current situation that there exists no definite and high practicable strength check method for the strength check of subsea vertical Christmas tree body in the domestic,the standard applicability analysis for the strength check method of subsea vertical Christmas tree body is performed. According to the wall thickness calculation and strength check formulas of subsea vertical Christmas tree body under different strength theories,and the standard applicability research for the strength of subsea vertical Christmas tree body,a von Mises intensity theory based strength check method with simplify-ing the modeling first and then verifying the overall modeling is determined for the subsea vertical Christmas tree body. The re-sults show that the method can effectively eliminate the effect of stress concentration on strength check during the simulation of subsea vertical Christmas tree body,and save the time of finite element analysis.
