摘要
Abstract
The design of a configurable automatic test system is described aiming at simplifying the development process,improving the development efficiency and reducing the development cost.Facing to the different objects,the system can be used for building the test system,the self-test of system,and checking of system through the reconfiguration of hardware and software.The hardware design and soft programming,especially the typical hardware design are expounded.The research methods involved can be extended to other fields.关键词
