隐私视角下移动健康管理服务使用意愿的实证研究
Examining Individuals' Behavior Intention of Mobile Health Management Services: An Empirical Study from Information Privacy Perspective

Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]Health information risk and user privacy protection are important topic in the age of health big data and mobile health. Examining individuals' adoption of mobile health management services from privacy calculus perspective is of great importance.[Method/Process]Based on the characteristic of mobile health management services and related literature review, the influence of information privacy and privacy calculus on user adoption was largely explored. And conception model, questionnaire survey and Structural Equation Modeling were employed to validate hypoth?esis relationship.[Result/Conclusion]Here were some useful conclusions drawn from the empirical research. The behav?ior intention of mobile health management services was significantly affected by trust and perceived benefits. Although priva?cy concern did not have significant and direct influence on behavior intention, it did not mean that information privacy was not important. Perceived benefits was significantly affected by perceived privacy control, and privacy concern was signifi?cantly affected by perceived privacy control and general privacy tendency. In summary, the paper was helpful for under?standing the user attitude toward information privacy and its influence on behavior intention in the context of mobile health, also had implications for the management practice of mobile health management service providers.关键词
