Dynamic Pricing of Parallel Flights Based on Passenger Inertia Behavior

Abstract
On the same line, airline provides different flights with different departure time, which are named as parallel flights.Starting with the multiple parallel flights on the same line,based on the passen-ger inertia depth and breadth,dynamic programming method is used to study the impact of the passenger inertia behavior on the optimal price.The numerical experiment shows that the passenger inertia behavior affects the optimal price negatively.In other words,the optimal price of every flight is decreasing in the passenger inertia depth and the passenger inertia breadth.关键词
