摘要

Abstract

An activity of "BRIUG IC-2016 laboratory comparison of uranium geological sample compo-nent analysis"was organized by Beijing Research Institute of Uranium Geology Analytical Laboratory in May,2016.Our laboratory took part in this activity to measure 40K as the comparison.HpGe γ spectroscopy was employed to determine 40K in uranium mine.At the same time,other two methods included x ray fluorescence and HR-ICP-MS analysis were used to determine 40K inter-laboratory as the contrast.The analysis results of the three method show highly consistency.The results indicate that HpGe γ spectrometry to measure 40K in the uranium geological sample is convenience and accura-cy,analysis results are reliable.By this activity,the laboratory analysis level was understood as well as the testing capability w as also improved.
