医用磁共振成像设备需求调查与分析研究
Investigation and Analysis of the Requirement for Medical Magnetic Resonance Imaging Equipment

Abstract
Objective To understand the clinical demand of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) from employees of different grades in various regions throughout the country, so as to refine some technical indexes to reflect the clinical functionality, engineering performance and user experience, and to provide reference for the establishment of the evaluation system for clinical MRI. Methods The clinical MRI demand questionnaire was proposed by the joint of diagnostic radiologists, medical engineering experts and statistics experts of our hospital by using Delphi method. The demand survey of MRI users was carried out online with randomly selected participants. Results A total of 264 valid feedbacks from 32 cities in 16 provinces were collected from April to June in 2017. After comprehensive analysis, we found that the 1.5~3.0 T MRI had the highest demand. On the contrary, only 2.65% of the participants had the demand for MRI equipment with magnetic field strength under 1.5 T. The percent of participants that had demand to use ultra-high magnetic field MRI equipment (above 3.0 T) was 28.79%. In total, 72 highly demanded technical indexes were extracted from perspectives of clinical functionality, engineering performance and user experience. Conclusion The demand from perspectives of clinical functionality, engineering performance and user experience is quite high. It is of high demand to consider including the 72 indexes when establishing the comprehensive evaluation system of medical magnetic resonance imaging equipment.关键词
