摘要

Abstract

The development of microscope imaging technology was introduced, and the imaging principle and application of fluorescence microscopy, confocal microscopy and super-resolution microscopy were outlined. The technology of stimulated emission depletion (STED) was clarified in the super-resolution microscopy. With the rapid development of computer technology and photo-electricity technology, a new generation of microscopy of living cells is developed, and cells tracking, real-time observation, 3D reconstruction, fluorescence quantification and four-dimensional dynamic analysis can be carried out at molecular and ion levels.
