Research Progress and Application of Modern Microimaging Technology
摘要
Abstract
The development of microscope imaging technology was introduced, and the imaging principle and application of fluorescence microscopy, confocal microscopy and super-resolution microscopy were outlined. The technology of stimulated emission depletion (STED) was clarified in the super-resolution microscopy. With the rapid development of computer technology and photo-electricity technology, a new generation of microscopy of living cells is developed, and cells tracking, real-time observation, 3D reconstruction, fluorescence quantification and four-dimensional dynamic analysis can be carried out at molecular and ion levels.关键词
