Abstract
Along with the rapid development of the medical industry, the percentage of the medical consumables in the whole medical cost is gradually growing. In that case, almost all the hospitals are confronted with the difficulties in how to reduce the percentage of the medical consumables effectively. In order to minimize the percentage of the medical consumables and the management cost, and to promote the management performance, we intended to discuss the realization of the detailed management, which made the proportion of medical consumables and management costs reduce obviously, from three aspects including the sub-base logistics management system of medical consumables, the performance analysis and the utilization analysis of the new medical consumables. The consumption of medical consumables fell from 21.61% in 2013 down to 18.49% in 2015, while business volume increased by 32.71%, and the management efficiency was improved.关键词
