连续退火机组张力优化设定技术研究
Study on tension optimization setting technology of continuous annealing unit
摘要
Abstract
The previous tension optimization setting technology is not comprehensive under the condition without considering strip deviation,buckling,flatness and narrowing at the same time.In order to solve this problem,the mechanical and technological characteristics of a continuous annealing unit are fully combined together to present a comprehensive control index which can characterize the stability of a travelling strip.Meanwhile,strip deviation,buckling,flatness and narrowing are considered as constraint.After that,a comprehensive optimization technique for the tension of continuous annealing process is presented,and the related theory is applied to production.In addition,a tension comprehensive optimization setting software of cold rolled strip during continuous annealing is developed,and the integrated optimization of tension parameters in all processes of continuous annealing is realized.It is proved by the results of study that a great economic benefits for the field has been created by using this software.关键词
