硅砂粒度对高应变点玻璃熔制、澄清效果的影响
Effect of silica grain size on melting and clarification of high strain point glass
摘要
Abstract
The effect of silica grain size on the melting behavior of high strain point glass was discussed in this paper.The unfused material and bubbles were measured by metallographic microscope while the composition uniformity was measured by field emission scanning electron microscope (SEM).The melting behavior and clarification time were directly monitored through the high temperature observation analysis (HTO).The results show that when the particle size of silica sand is control in 100 ~ 150 mesh, the quality and component uniformity of the samples are better,and the glass refining time is reduced.关键词
